Shipping In Australia by Australian Post - parcel post service,express and overnight will be charged at our normal low rates.We do not have handling or packing charges,our shipping charges are purely what shipping companies charge to ship the weight and size of your parcel.International post please allow 5 to 28 working days depending on your international location and shipping method.Shipping to the USA via Air-Mail takes from 4 to 6 days,local conditions may affect these times. Undelivered Orders If you do not receive your order within the the specified time frame.please wait an additional week.If you have still not received your order,contact us with your order details and if we are unable to to locate the the missing shipment,you will be issued with a full refund and can re-order again if you wish. Damaged Parcels All orders are carefully packaged to minimaze possible damage and breakage.If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling while in transit,you should fill out a damage report with either the post office or delivery agent.We do not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit once they leave our warehouse,however we may refund a portion of your order in such cases,also you may be eligible for full compensation from the delivery agent. |
